Shipping Plantita.shop delivers to EU countries. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipping takes place on Mondays-Tuesdays. You shall be notified via email with the tracking information. Standard shipping takes 2-3 days in France and 3-6 days for other EU countries. Pickup is possible upon checkout. Shipping risks The plants are packed with utmost care and with heat pack during cold seasons. Please consider that shipping "may" cause minor damages to the plant as how the delivery is being handled and delays by courier is sadly out of my control. But rest assured that the plants will be packed carefully. Returns and Cancellations I don't accept cancellations and returns but please let me know right away upon receipt of your package if there's an issue (with photos) and we shall see what we can do.
